Milkshakes

One hot afternoon Brittany decided that we should head to Hollywood for milkshakes.  I agreed and then later wondered why I would ever agree to such a thing!! It was a Friday, we didn't leave until 2:30pm which meant that we would be headed home right around rush hour, we had a car full of hyper kids and I was a tad bit grumpy!!!

But, the milkshakes were worth every bit of it!!  This is one of those places that is popular in Hollywood with the stars.  You can order a shake that a star has gone in and created, Brittany had a Miley Cyrus!!  It is so worth going if you have never been, but don't go on a Friday if you ever want to get back to the valley!!

Walking back to the car we saw this sign for an HIV clinic.  The milkshake shop sits in the middle of a not so fabulous area of Hollywood.  Oh well, the kids learned quite a bit while we were there!!

The RAINBOW crosswalk should clue you in to the kind of area we were in!!!  Oh California, how we love all our adventures with you!!
