We celebrated a very quiet Thanksgiving this year. Originally we had planned on going to Shane's brother's house but in the end we decided to stay home. We only get to see Shane about once every two weeks so we didn't want to have to share him with other family members!!!
Shane did most of the cooking and it was delicious. I am so grateful for the time that we do get to see Shane and the special times that we share with him. Hopefully we will all be back together soon.

I'm so glad you got to be with Shane. Maybe next year Brett and I will get to celebrate together. A quiet Thanksgiving sounds fantastic. That's what we had growing up.
