The end of June brought us many celebrations. On June 24th we attended our last Cub Scout Pack Meeting with Den 609. A sad but happy occasion. Tristan received a whole lot of belt loops and pins and also a certificate for attending Cub Scout Day Camp. I am so proud of you son and all of your accomplishments. You know how make your parents smile and we treasure that gift everyday. A big THANKS to Bro. Sheppard for making our Pack meetings so awesome. I don't know what we would do without his enthusiasm and attitude for having fun. We will definitely miss all the Scouts and leaders from Anthem.
Jim and Stephanie, our good friends, had us over for a farewell pool party at their house in Queen Creek. What a blast. The kids love Jim and Steph and being able to swim at their house was a bonus. We were also able to take Emma's best little buddy, Dante, with us. Anytime that we can spend with him and his sister Dani is really precious to us and also to Miss. Emma.
Shane & Steph kayak race on the floats using noodles as paddles. I think Shane won this race but that is just because he refuses to lose!!
Shane, Britt and Tristan take a minute to pose for me. Thanks guys.
Emma and Dante hanging out. It seems like we have so many pictures of these two when they were little but nothing in the last year or so. I have to take as many pictures as possible of them now before we leave. Which means, my camera is stocked full of Emma, Dante and Dani!!
