Kanab, Utah

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Kanab, which was only a block away from the garage where the car was being fixed. Which meant, we had to walk everywhere that we wanted to go. Good and Bad. The good was that there were lots of cool things to look at and take pictures of. The bad was that we were all tired and didn't really want to do anything, let alone go walking to find our dinner!! We ate at a really cute restaurant called the Rewind Diner. Very old fashioned, looked like an old soda fountain inside. Outside there is this statue of Betty Boop, of course we had to have a picture with her. On the way back to the hotel we saw this huge bear. At first Emma was terrified but as soon as she realized that it was fake she was okay. They thought that being able to climb on this bear was awesome. Not sure if they should have been climbing on it but at the moment I could have cared less about rules.
I am not sure the point of the painted buffalo that was sitting in front of the towns city chambers. If anything, it makes a great place to take a picture!
